Mileage Reporting Week 2 (Jan 6- Jan 12 )

Boulder and I had 2 very different runs this week.
We went 3 miles Tuesday and it was 39 deg. f..
We went 4 miles today ant it was 61 deg. f.. Both days we went out at 5:00 am

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run at 7:00 am today. It was 34 deg. f. with a medium wind. lots of crows everywhere we went.
Really nice outing.

7.6km on Saturday morning for me. -Was a nice dry morning & not too cold, so quite a few other runners out.
I caught up with a lady running with her dog for part of my route. She seemed to be doing a similar pace to me except that the dog on the extendable lead wanted to stop for a good sniff around, etc... every couple of minutes.

-In the end I think she gave up, but it was nice to have someone to exchange comments with for a while anyway...
