Boulder and I ran 4 miles Tuesday at 5:00 am. It was 65° f. with no wind.
We went another 3 miles Friday at 5:30 am. It was 46° f. drizzling rain most of the run

Boulder and I went out for a great 7 mile run at 6:00 am. It was clear skies, 45° f., 16 MPH winds. we could see stars at the start and had a really beautiful sunrise.

Glad it dried out a bit!

7.1km circuit of the local lake on Sunday morning. It was a dry morning (as in no rain) but the ground was still mostly wet from dew/mist/etc... so it was a bit chilly underfoot, but otherwise pretty good conditions for running. Got the warmth back into my feet after the first km, so an enjoyable outing...
