Mileage Reporting Week 44 ( Oct 28 - Nov 3)

Boulder and I did a most excellent 10 mile run today at 5:30 am. It was 40°f. with no wind.
We went down one of my old paths. It took me through another section of town that was wiped out by the tornado. Many totaled homes and many lost trees.
We did get a great sunrise. Just as it was starting to get light a huge Barred Owl flew about 6 feet over our heads just in front us. we heard one parrot. We spotted some rabbits and squirrels.

So back out again this weekend -just 3.5km to make sure the foot still feels ok.
All good, so will repeat next week with some gym visits in between again..
