Mileage Reporting Week 42 ( Oct 14 - Oct 20)

Boulder and I did a 5 mile run at 5:00 am, 70°F, 87% Rh. I could see the moon through the moving clouds.
Lots of rabbits.

A couple of runs to add - yesterday 8.5 and this morning 7km on the beach. The tide is a fraction high in the mornings this week, so I'm having to splash my way through the shallows occasionally - yet another advantage of barefoot running I guess. :)

Boulder and I ran3 miles Thursday morning.
We also ran a sweet 7 mile run today at 6:00 am, it was 58°with no wind and clear skies.
We could see a cool 1/2 moon, we spotted 3 geese flying, one owl, one woodpecker, squirrels and rabbits.

Larry,
It must be cool to run on the beach often!

Got home on Friday evening feeling lethargic, so convinced my husband to go for a little trot of just over 5km along the towpath to get some energy circulating. Then on Sunday, he provided the motivating force, and we covered the same route under a light, refreshing drizzle. Unusually, not much wildlife, but still very pleasant.
