I've been out of action with a nasty cold for the last week or so, but today I got fed up and decided to see if I could burn the last of it out of my body. Not sure if this is a recommended strategy for those playing along at home. :)

3km on the beach, didn't finish up hacking up a lung at the end so I'll call that a success.

Another 6km on the beach this morning. Did a bit of coughing and spluttering, but I made it and feel slightly better for it.

There was a lovely full moon popping out of the clouds to light my way home, and I saw a pelican flying overhead at the end.

We went out for a 3 mile run Tuesday and a 3 mile run Thursday both around 5:00 am.
It is still in the 80 deg. f. range.
The Moon was huge yesterday morning.

Great job Larry!

Headed back out for a 2km test run at the local lake area. It felt glorious to have the running path beneath my feet again, but my foot still ached a little towards the end... I'm guessing it's perhaps not quite fully healed despite being rested (well as much as you can rest a foot!) for so long.. I'll have to give it a bit longer me thinks...:(..
Hope you're getting on top of that cold, Larry...:barefoot:

Boulder and I did a nice Sunday morning 6 mile run at 5:30 am. Rh with a good breeze.
We spotted Rabbits, Squirrels, a wood pecker and a few Mississippi Kites. we call the Mississippi kites (T2s) because of there call.

Really sweet to get out!!
