Boulder and I had a great 5 mile run at 5:00 am, still 80 deg. f. no breeze.

5km on the beach this morning. Running tired after my baby boy decided to have a bit of late night party time, and a little bit sore from a mystery sore groin which is one of the little niggles I get from time to time - I think I might have picked it up on the weekend planting trees with my daughter for National Tree Day.
6km on the beach this morning, niggles are slowly going away as they do. It was warmer than yesterday, about 9 degrees, but it had rained a little earlier and the ground felt way colder than that. Lots of dog walkers out including one with a little puppy that I wanted to steal and take home.
