Couple of runs so far this week -8.9km & 5.9km...
Going for a bit of a sports massage later (just to loosen things up) so hopefully back out again over the weekend...
Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Friday.
It was in the 50 deg f range.
We heard a barred owl and a screech owl. We spotted some rabbits.
We had a very nice outing
Ok we did a Sunday Morning Easter 7.5 mile run.
we spotted a big moon and a great sunrise (sometimes together).
we also spotted ducks (a few squadrons), oh and Easter bunnies.

Finished off the week with a 14.5km loop around the lake and surrounding pathways.
Really nice run -passed quite a few other runners; all said 'morning'... Must be the sunshine making everyone a bit happier!...
