I've done a good amount of searching online. I can find some barefoot videos here and there.
But even the barefoot videos I find are grainy and not very well put together.
I'm such a visual learner. Once I see something, I completely understand it.
I'm wondering if anyone has videos of someone running barefoot where the camera is at a good angle. An angle that helps me see the exact movement of the body while running.
(Happy to be in this forum! Hope to connect with yall! It's freezing winter here in New Jersey and I am using Sockwas to make sure my feet don't freeze. Sockwa.com
But when its warmer I go barefoot as often as possible. UGH I hate the winter!! I am moving to California soon so I don't have to deal with minimalist shoes.)
