I've done a good amount of searching online. I can find some barefoot videos here and there.

But even the barefoot videos I find are grainy and not very well put together.

I'm such a visual learner. Once I see something, I completely understand it.

I'm wondering if anyone has videos of someone running barefoot where the camera is at a good angle. An angle that helps me see the exact movement of the body while running.

(Happy to be in this forum! Hope to connect with yall! It's freezing winter here in New Jersey and I am using Sockwas to make sure my feet don't freeze. Sockwa.com

But when its warmer I go barefoot as often as possible. UGH I hate the winter!! I am moving to California soon so I don't have to deal with minimalist shoes.)

Wow that is such a good video! Exactly what I was looking for.

One question: Are his strides too large based on what Ken Bob teaches?

I am taking much smaller strides at a higher cadence. Wondering if you think this is more up to the runner.

I don’t know the answer to that question..
I do certainly believe we are all different and hence what works for one person may not necessarily work for another.
For what it’s worth I tend to keep my own strides fairly short -my cadence generally works out around 190-195.. maybe that’s too high? -I just know I’m most comfortable running that way...:)
