Mileage Reporting Week 43 (Oct 23 - Oct 28)

It was a good week for running for boulder and I.
We ran 5 miles Tuesday.
We went 4 miles Friday.
Sunday at 6:00 am we went 8 miles. We spotted a raccoon, heard rooster crow and heard a group of Parrots.
It is really nice to get out there!!

Couple of good runs this week.
Did 8.1km mid~week, and then another parkrun, so 5km, at the weekend. Both good sessions although it certainly is starting to get cold now!.... :coldfeet:

This was a good but quiet week for my feet -- 9.4 miles minimalist walking, including convincing a train conductor that my sandals were safe enough for a short trip, 5 miles min running along a course on rural highway I've never been on before, then the same 5 miles barefoot the next day. Rain is wonderful to run in, and I got in my first <50F barefoot adventure. Running past cows is pleasant; some of them just stare, like tired old dogs who know enough to pay attention but who don't see anything yet to get excited about. Running at all is fantastic, especially when visiting family.
