Boulder and I did a 6 mile run at 5:30 AM Tuesday.

Been trying to get in the routine of running before leaving for work to make use of the nice cool morning temps. Ran 2.8 miles this morning followed by a 1 mile walk. May run a bit more this evening if it’s not raining.
7.25km Tuesday morning. Nice run on a slightly different route from normal -a mixture of surfaces: some nice & smooth, others very chip & seal and a bit rough. Kept a steady pace though throughout.

5.75km yesterday morning. Tried to run a faster pace section after the first 1.5km just to break it up a bit. -Went well. Felt pretty good through to around 5km then slowed a bit to warm down for the last little stretch... Ran with my partner, whose experimenting with skinners socks now & seems to be quite liking them as far as I can make out!....
8 mile run at 6:00 am, 81 deg. f. 75 % Rh.

Finished the week with 13.5km on Saturday morning (that's a long one for me!)..
Bit damp and drizzly to start with, but it cleared up nicely as I ran. -Quite enjoying challenging myself with slightly longer distances at weekends now...
