Went out for my postpartum maiden run. I nursed Megan her morning feeding, then loaded up the jogging stroller. I normally ran for an hour before giving birth, but eased in with a half-hour run. My pre-baby pace was about 5:30, yesterday I was going easy, went about 7:00/mi. 4 miles is a pretty nice return.

Very good Mandy. Sometimes a few miles after a pregnancy are better than a lot.

Mandy, when is your next scheduled race? What is the coldest temperature that you can run barefoot in?
