4.8km this morning. Gentle run along the edge of the lake in front of a travelling fairground that has set up site for a few weeks -bit early in the day for any rides to be open though!

Quite a cool breeze blowing today too, but a very pleasant run.

So back out again as planned on Thursday -4.5km gentle run in the rain this time. Temperature was good for running so running through the puddles was fun! It's been a little while since I ran in the rain. I'd forgotten you get a free foot-bath while you're running!...
Then another 5.5km this morning. Back along the path that's a bit rough and broken, but I'm getting much better at picking my way through it now so I was able to pick up the pace just a little.
Been a good week -body feeling appropriately exercised and good!...
