Very gentle 5.75km for me this morning. Ran my usual route past the regular keep fit enthusiasts going through their paces next to the lake.
Quite a few runners around again -all said 'morning'...
Followed a newly laid gravel section for a bit, so slowed down and concentrated on form & was pretty pleased with getting through it fairly easily.
Legs ache a bit today though, so a day or so's rest and then go again I think!...
