Bruises at arch area.8

Hi Einar,

I wouldn't have thought that you could toughen the area under the arch up as that isn't the spot that the foot makes contact with the ground with.
I am always careful when running over stones or roots not to let them come in hard contact with my arches. Nature has given us tough forefoot and heel areas to cope with both running and walking but we have to watch out for the bit in between. If that was tough too I doubt our foot would have the flexibility in it to run correctly.

Regards

Neil

Great point about the flexibility in the arch. Totally makes sense.
