Transitioning advice.

Is there any barefoot transition (not minimal, truly barefoot) program from the authors of this website?

The internet is full of programs, but I just don't know what is the right one to follow :(

I have been using runningahead.com for years as my running log, I was scrolling through the history and found that I kept detailed information when I started running barefoot. I thought it was interesting. I started running barefoot in September 17th, 2009.

September 2009

17th – First barefoot run – 1.3 M

20th – 1.8 M

22nd – 3.4 M

29th – 3.4 M

October 2009

10th – 1.6 M

12th – 3 M

14th – 4.3 M

22nd – 3 M

27th – 3.2 M

November 2009

11/3 – 3.2 M

11/8 – 5 M! This was a big deal.

11/13 – 6 M – Once you hit 5 miles the confidence grows and the distance.

11/18 – 5 M

11/20 – 5 M

11/22 – 5.7 M

11/24 – 4M

11/26 – 5 Mile Turkey Trot – My first official race as a barefoot runner!

11/28 – 7 M

December 2009

12/2 – 4.3 M

At this point in December I bought a pair of KSO Vibrams, being this was my first winter and the uncertainty of how well I could do barefoot i needed some kind of back up. I also signed up for my first marathon, which was in May, and decided to run it in Vibrams, looking back I could of totally done it barefoot. I did a lot of running in Vibrams during these winter months because I needed to build distance and mileage to train for the marathon. I was still incorporating a lot of short barefoot runs with training.

January and February 2010

Marathon training with a mixture of barefoot running and Vibrams.

March 2010

3/20 – 13.1 M This was first my barefoot run over 10 miles, from this point the doors were wide open, the confidence was planted. Longer distances were no longer an issue when it came to running them barefoot.
