Well, I don't know if this could be only a philosophical question or something that really matters when you decide to run barefoot.

Do you think that living barefoot can help, or do you think that you cannot run barefoot if you don't live barefoot, in the same way that you cannot run minimal if you don't live minimal?

Thank you all for your experience :D

So the transition to barefoot is possible even wearing minimalist shoes everyday?
I was thinking about it, because I think that living barefoot is undoubtely more efficient in the way barefoot walking and living prepare the sole of the feet ;) however, if there are no differences, it's easier.

Oh, yes, I got it Barefoot TJ ;) but for me it's quite difficult, because I am a dentist. So, when I work, I must wear shoes. I don't want a scalpel to stab my feet if it falls out from my hands :( :(

Indeed, I can go walking barefoot in the woods, or on the seaside when I can. In my house I don't wear anything since November.

Then just stay barefoot everywhere possible. You'll do much better that way.
