Sand-up, please
The Hindu
The maximum benefit of sand running is derived training barefoot, but safety and injury prevention must always be a priority. Find a clean beach to run ...

I went through a phase around 10 years ago when I avoided getting my feet covered in sand, this was when I was still running in heavy cushioned shoes. I rediscovered the great feel of sand under foot when I got rid of the shoes.
We have been having some strange weather patterns lately. Hot weather followed by big storm then back to winter weather then repeat. I'm now suffering from a cold and clogged up chest by this unstable weather.

I love sand running. It's so much fun.

5 minutes walk away from my front door, 2.5 miles of nice sand...

Unfortunately they let dogs on the beach from 1st October to 1st May and a lot of owners don't care about anyone else. But it's wonderful for the 5 months humans have it all to themselves.
