hi everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm an enthusiastic barefoot runner since 2 years now. After achilles tendon problems while running with conventional shoes, I made the transition gradually. Now my feet are more adjusted, so my goal is to run as long as possible bf this winter.

And since you're from Sweden , how's your winter running?

It's probably not that different from yours?
I live in southern Sweden, we have snow maybe two weeks a year, the sea is stabilizing the climate, it never gets really cold here.
So it's okay, most winter days are above freezing. I think it's about the same for you?

That's right, most winter days are rainy and wet. But we know freezing temperatures and snowfall as well.
I hope when the temperature drops the roads keep a bit dry and I'm haven't run in snow yet. Have you?
