I searched around here for some smoothie recipes, but couldn't find any. There was one post about using Chia seeds in them, but I already do that. I'm really trying to lose a few pounds from my mid section and I'm wondering if the smoothie I make every morning isn't as helpful as I think? Basically, I just toss a bannana, some type of berries, plain yogurt and OJ or Pineapple juice in the blender and call it good. I know that the berries are probably very high in sugar, but they're fruit, so they're healthy right?
