What is your favorite memory of walking barefoot? For me, my favorite is the first time I tried it. I was one who wore socks all the time from middle school to college and to walk around barefoot the first time was a spectacle I'll always remember.
8 mile hike in the mountains at my peak of "barefoot fitness". Took day off from work, perfect weather, nice trails, no one around. I felt great until the last mile or so when I had to put sandals on. Overall a memorable BF experience.
Every time I go out is a new and favorite memory. Whether it is for a run, a trip to the dentist, or an errand in the neighborhood. Each is an adventure into itself. Challenging the norm. Connecting with the earth. Enjoying the sensations and stimuli only being barefoot affords. All while helping me to stay fit with my running.
