Stores and Bare Feet?

I had a thought that may have already been addressed somewhere, but who knows.
It would be neat if stores offered a paper we could sign that essentially said we would not sue if we injured ourselves because we were walking barefoot in the stores. (essentially the only thing they claim stops us)
So what if multiple people emailed te same company and all asked if they offered something like this; or even something as simple as a stamp on your hand that would signify you recognize the risk and will not sue if you hurt yourself.
If say 20 people emailed all asking the same thing, the company might address the issue more seriously.

I for one, would just like to walk around comfortably at my favorite stores without fear of being kicked out/banned. I have yet to try to ask managers if they would just let me in because I don't want them to think all barefooters like to break rules or something. (they probably don't run into many)

Personally, I've been asked to leave Walmart and a local Grocery Store and have since avoided going barefoot in most stores just to avoid the hassle. I went into Walmart, barefoot around 9 times before a worker said anything.

This is all worded terribly, my mind is iffy today.

Any opinions on this?

I agree with you and have thought about carrying my own letter. But...

I also understand a differing view on this from other barefooters who say that those letters only admit to the stores that walking around barefoot is unsafe, unsanitary, etc., and that these letters basically back up their fears.

I'm torn on this one. Have been for a long time.

I'm torn on it too.

Oh I didn't think of that. That is a very good point.
I need to just own my own chain of stores that welcome barefooters.
