Summer Running

I tried to do walk yesterday but the pavement felt hot because it was in the sunlight. Got any tips on to avoid getting burn blisters with the sidewalk being hot?

Build up to it slowly and have quick feet but when it gets to egg frying temperatures do what mankind always has done- find shade and have a sleep :)

Tyler, wait until after the sun goes down a bit or run earlier in the day before things get too bleedin' hot.

There's no good reason to try to cook your feet into submission.
Good point Joseph. Another thing, I prefer walking barefoot over running because I tend to get tired quick when I run for certain sports I play. But I digress. Thanks for the tip.
