Does anyone object to putting the dates of the week in the title, for those of us who are easily confused?

I am very satisfied to report I made it 30 miles last week, including a 12 mile run on Friday. All sole to pavement.

This week I have logged 15.6 miles so far, with 8.2 on Monday and 7.4 today, Wednesday. Lots of baby ducks and swarms of bugs to fend off. The bugs have interfered with my breathing and vision, because they are so thick in a few places that I reflexively hold my breath and close my eyes! But I haven't run into a pond or a walker yet!

I was not able to run the half-marathon I was considering mid-May, due to scheduling conflicts, but hubby just signed us up for a 13.1 miler September 24th, because today was 50% off day and his company has a team going for it. It is a new course to me, but through sections of Boise I am familiar with. I hope to test it for roughness before the event.

When I read the waiver for the race, I found this that I don't remember seeing before and can't help but wonder if some misinformed person is going to harass me for bare feet: " I also agree to abide by any decision of an appointed medical official regarding my ability to safely continue or complete the event. "

5 miles Tuesday.
5 miles Thursday.
5 miles Friday.
I had 3 great runs this week. It has been warm (in the 70s) and humid.
I have seen
lightning bugs
opossum
Rabbits
I am signed up for the Wounded Warrior 1/2 marathon again this year in Irving Texas it is next weekend.

I missed this Post it was below the 21st week so I started a week 22 (does any one know how to delete one?) (TJ maybe?)

Sorry, Runlite! Maybe if the number of the week is listed firs, then the dates after, that will keep things in order?

I rounded out the week with 12 miles on Friday, then 3.1 (in Luna's) on Saturday for a total of 30.8 miles for the week.

Had a great week, started with long run on Monday actually, since I had the day off. About 14 miles but walked the last mile for a cooldown. Also 16 miles on the bike Monday. Worked Tues-Thur and mainly just got some cycling in but also a few miles run one day. With a couple days off from running I felt pretty good Friday and did 10 miles at a pretty good effort averaged 7:50 pace. Then the weekend I only did 2 mile runs each day. Week total was 33 on foot and 67 cycling... that's an even 100 total.
