sunny sunday in Lisbon,
we were 18 people, 4 nationalities, 2 kids (4 and 6 years old)
for 15 people, running without shoes was something completely new

we spoke during 15 minutes, with bare feet on grass
about shoes, about bare feet, sensations and feedback, good posture and form, main mistakes
then we did some exercises to understand better some little things,
then we ran one mile all together, on easy asphalt

and then had some questions and answers, spoke about some great books, etc...

so, the IBRD in Lisbon, the capital, was a beautiful success,
and my friends invited me to organize something similar here in my village
but they also told me they were not interested in running :)

so I organized a walk on the coast, with granit and easy gravel, and easy sandy trails for the way back,
we ended the loop with the feet in the cold water in the ocean
we had 15 grown-up, 8 kids, 6 nationalities, 4 dogs,
its a lot of bare feet
