Vibram problem - please help?

Good Morning,

I need some help please? A year ago I bought Xeroshoes and converted to minimalism - I've spend most if not all of my time in my Xero's but now its getting cooler and I need something warmer so I bought a pair of waterproof Vibrams for the wet Cape Town winters.

Problem is I cannot fit my toes in the Vibram (each toe into each own little pocket)... strange as I've warn Vibrams for the past year but haven't' warn them in a few months. I cannot "help" my toes into the new Vibrams as the Vibram top is rather hard.

The Vibrams definitely fit as I bought them about 2 months ago and it fitted perfectly in the shop and on advice from the shopkeeper I even bought a slightly bigger pair which fits so nicely. I've warn these to work a few times...its just now?? dunno what went wrong...

Any help please?

Thanks........

:)

My hubby always says a wash and wearing them when wet will stretch them to fit again. Not sure if it's good advice, but works for us (if you can get passed the freezing coldness!) :)

If you put your toes in the dryer for about 1/2 hour on high they'll shrink enough to fit right back into the Vibram's. I assume this was posted in the barefootedness forum because since you can't get your shoes on, you're forced to be barefoot? :D

In my experience it's easier to slide them on with thin too socks. I've got injinji sport coolmax toosocks and I slide easier in my vff's with the socks as without them. Don't know if you used socks fitting them?

I was thinking in the same line. Other than that, I don't see a reason for your problem, @Blu3yy o_O
It has never happened to me.
