it is dangerous to run/be barefoot at 7º?

7C = 44F. Definitely ok to run barefoot in dry weather (I've done it numerous times this spring already). Might be a bit on the uncomfortable/cold side in wet weather or for those that are used to warmer temps though, so I'd try shorter distances your first couple times out.

i'm more interested in simply going barefoot, than in running barefoot, i mean i don't run very much kind of boring for me even in barefoot which is more fun than with shoes

I got frostbite from a 15 minute run in 9f, though there was snow on the ground which makes a biiiig difference. Dry ground is much safer than wet.

It was mild frostbite but the fluid oozed for days.

In snow/ice I now wear track spikes

you ran in 9 farenheit?? thats like how much -20º or more?

you crazy o_O haha good bravery but unwise bro, our feet are designed for hot weathers, a polar bear can walk barefoot on ice without any problem, but us cant
