Other barefoot communities?

So a good number of us came from that other place. But how many people interact with the other barefoot running communities out there? My recent foray into the world of reddit (/r/BarefootRunning) piqued my curiosity.

Here's the game: what communities do you participate/lurk, and do you use the same user names?

I pretty much use LPJ everywhere except Twitter, but I just use that for spamming. I try to get to Ted's Google group, the RW forums, Facebook, and Reddit.

the 'other place (albeit rarely);' Reddit (mostly lurk, rarely post); Ted's Google group (not even a real member, I just lurk and learn; most of the paleo and diet conversations keep me from being terribly interested). Lomad at all those, human name of Tim when I comment on BRU or the various blog/vanity projects I check in on:)

Nope just here, and BRU. A few weeks ago I lurked at RW, and was glad to see Jason keeping everyone in line, but I didn't feel at all compelled to participate. I've pretty much dropped Facebook interactions in general. It's mostly people putting up inane political stuff or posting some old music video they came across. I like fb for checking out people's vacation and family photos mostly, and absurdist remarks or observations, but it gets overwhelming to hear about the minutiae of far-flung friends' lives on a daily basis. I used to go to BRS and SBL's facebook pages, but I have a hard enough time limiting my time here, so I've exiled myself from them, but oh wait, now that you mention it, maybe I will check in . . .

Just here and your site Jason, although I have never commented. I checked out a few of the living barefoot sites a while ago but they seem to come and go. I have wondered about a barefoot hiking forum, but I would probably get laughed out of a regular hiking forum. They like their gear more than runners. I'll check out a few of the other members blogs once in a while if they are referenced here.

Used to be over "there" and then migrated once I got things figured out...
I have a hard enough time keeping up here these days to be very involved anywhere else

Mostly here, a little in the marathon forum of the other place, and I post all my activity on DailyMile which is then posted to Facebook.

I'm reading regularly around the "other" place, as well as BRU, the blog called birthdayshoes, a french blog on barefoot running and a german blog on forefoot walking.
I post only here in BRS as it is the only place where I'm a registered member.
Irregularly I also have a look at other blogs or Forums (natural running center, Ken Bob Saxton's site and others)

I used to post here and lurk at "the other place". I never posted there though because it just didn't seem too friendly and open of a place, I never even registered with a user name. For a long time I was a massive lurker at Hal Higdon's marathon forums, I started there when I first started with the running (about 4 months before switching to bare/min). His training programs worked well for me, but I think I only ever posted once or twice there. There was so much information and their search function is good enough, that never really had to. Its still an epic resource for general running things when I need it. This is the only place I go and interact with regularly, which of course leads me to other places occasionally to read links and such, and even here I've been pretty off the grid for awhile. I think life is slowing down so I can come read all your guys's crazy ramblings again :-D.

Welcome back, AJB! Missed you!
