    I'm a veggie eating, barefoot running, feminist!! I have a wife (Mariann) and three children (Ellie, Woody, Jack), and enjoy playing music with my band (Reverend Charley's Patent Medicine Show). I try to run as often as possible, and try to get every person I can to try barefoot running. Since converting to barefoot I have found running more enjoyable than ever, and I have seen my speed improve. I'm thrilled to be a part of this society.
