Wow what a week, seems that I am likable and I have my first sticky thread:-D

To run or not to run is the question today. Let's see what the weather does.

Resting from a great runB-)

No jacket, just a shirt and shorts.

Sun, 19 degrees Celcius 6 km of joy. But where do all these people come from? Didn't see them all winter when I was running.

Spring is in the air, while running I heard a lot of different birds today

Decided not to run today and get some rest. Tomorrow morning is the moment:-o

It's my birthday so I run if I want to.

Remember, don't go running 10 mins after dinner.

Today is a restingday, I could run but it's smarter not to run. My feet are grateful for the rest and tingle.

First Time not Doing a interval (minimalistic). 15 Mins run. Going to do this more every Week.

Today was a very nice runningday. I felt that I improved and recuperate faster.

No running today, rest is the magic word so we can run another day.

Had realy cold hands while running today brrrrr

Had a really nice run this morning. A nice spring sun and feeling my muscles contract and relax. And no pains in my feet:)

Tomorrow will be a runningday :)
