Just a regular everyday normal dude.

I was a trail runner a long time ago, competed in cross country for school during my long lost teenage years, carried on running afterwards and absolutely loved it until an unrelated injury stopped me in my tracks.

I've recently got back into it after about 15 years away from running, seeing as I live life mostly barefoot, I thought I'd run barefoot.

So if you see someone grinning like a fool and running barefoot (or in VFFs) along Deal seafront, it's most likely me, so please do say hello.

I'm not fussed about times, races, distances, etc, etc. I simply run for fun and my own mental clarity, I find it helps massively.
