My name is Kryno Bosman and I live in The Netherlands. Recently, I started to run barefoot because I had some issues with my shoes (Luna Sandals and Vibram FiveFingers). After 15 km my right foot was in trouble. I took off my shoes and continue with my 18 km trip barefoot. The last 3 km barefoot I actually managed to speed up. What a relief and happiness!!Interact
