    I re-started running 5 months ago using for the first time VFF shoes and found out that after a transition period I run getting less trouble with VFF or minimalist shoes than with conventional high cushioning shoes. Curiously, I feel better with the VFF KSO EVO (very thin sole) than with the VFF Bikila (designed for running but with a thicker sole) . I also use vivobarefoot shoes and also like them. Haven't tried yet running barefoot, but I think I'll give it a try soon :)
