      Hi Dave,
      How is the running going? I guess it has been a cool year with all the rain over your side of the country. Feb has been cool in Adelaide too, good for running though. Not burnt my feet on the bitumen for a few weeks now. Did a nice 18km run this morning on beach, road and grass, felt a bit tired at the end but enjoyable.

        Hey Neil,

        Yeah it's been great with cooler conditions for running. The trails are a bit messy at the moment due to all the rain. Where in Adelaidevare you.
        I was down there Oct last year and really enjoyed some BF runs along the Torrens.

        Hi Dave,
        By coincidence I ran along the Torrens on Friday. It used to be my regular run home from work. Catch the bus in the morning and unwind by running home in the afternoon, a distance of 12.5km. Only thing that would make it better is not having a 5kg backpack on with my gear in. I'm around 2km from the beach so I can get regular beach runs in as well as runs along the Esplanade if the tide is high.
