Got a 100% score on my final exam thingy in my training class, at my day job, this afternoon. Celebrated with a long run this evening.

Just returned from a 'vacation'. Only gained about one pound. Glad to be back!

Had a great run this evening. Some guy at the game said loudly, " Hey look, he's barefoot! That's the way you're supposed to run!

Ugh! 91' run just now. VERY HOT! Cold showers are your friend. ;)
