Life time runner, born again barefoot runner (attempting), love running, have run 5k to 50 mile completed all shod. Started barefoot round a park at the start of 2016 and was the best thing I had done in the past 10 years.
Last marathon was 2.38, hoping for a 2.30 one day but time not on my side
