Hello my name is Vince, I have been going barefoot for almost 3 years and have now been running pretty consistently since January. I started a group called "Barefoot runners club" on MeWe, I broke my ankle real bad at my job and that's kinda how it started for me. I haven't met many bf runners yet. I'm still pretty much doing short miles during the week saving my long run for sat and right now I'm at 3 miles for my long run. I never wear shoes when i run. It's so nice to be a part of a group that is like me.
