Hi there guys, I created this account back in 2018 already but I never really paid much attention to this forum until now, so, I decided to introduce myself here today.

Hi, my name is João, I live near Lisbon, Portugal, I'm 29 years old and I've been running fully barefoot since September 2012. Running barefoot has become a really importante part of my life and I try to do it as much as possible for as long as possible every week. I also live my life fully barefoot, for the most part, and I've always run fully barefoot since I started doing it. I'll be posting some of my adventures as a barefoot runner as well as some other interesting barefoot running videos and stories I ind while browsing the Internet.

Welcome. Are the roads and sidewalks in Portugal barefoot friendly? Some friends and my wife and I are planning a vacation in Portugal next year. I normally get a few runs in on my vacations. Running barefoot on the stone streets in Florence Italy and running barefoot through some of the old towns in Spain are some of my favorite running memories.

I am new here too - from New Zealand. I am running in minimalist shoes at moment as every surface is soo cold. I was running barefoot on grass earlier.
My son lives in London and wants to take me to Portugal as he really loves your country.
