Hello world

I'm so excited to join you all here. So much information, experience and inspiration between you guys, I'm surely going to find answers for many questions I have already.
I've been running for 2yeras now but only couple months ago begun to mix cushioned/minimal/BF runs(inspired by McDougall and Robillard) Since that I've noticed massive improvement with my plantar fasciitis that bothers me almost 3 yeras!! that's why my cushioned shoes are past now however still need to learn how to run properly and Ken's book is like a bible to me. apologise for my pidgin English
;-)

Wonderful! Glad to have you. Welcome! :barefoot:

Londoner,

Howdy! Glad to have you here! Congratulations on making the transition to BF running. Lots of good people on here, and we've made all the mistakes there are to make. Don't be shy or bashful. Ask us questions! :) Good luck on your future of running BF. ;)

is it like when you learn to ride the bike for the first time or skating on ice? so its coming that breakthrough moment and just like that all suddenly you can do it?, kind of properly. Just came back and it was awesome, I hope I got it :)

Hey! Welcome!
Just one week ago I spent a weekend in London. Coincidentally it was on the 1st of May but I saw no barefoot runners at all despite the wonderful weather :(
I did not carry my running gear with me on that travel because I knew I was going to get really tired after so much walking through the city, but I kind of regretted it every time I had a walk by the Thames.
Enjoy the community and don't hesitate to ask and share your concerns!
Cheers!

hey buddy, I only came a cross of two barefoot runners and it was when I knew nothing about it.
There were quite a few of us running in Brighton on 1st, great weather and location for IBRD
