Mileage reporting 25th week 2014

Thats kick àss HSB!

Maybe for me, but I know people, my husband being one of them, and DNE Chris another, who can keep that pace for many miles. However, dear husband encourages me when I'm doing well for me. :)

You're very kind Laura! Thank you.

You are happy in your running so you're doing great (not just for you). I wander along happily and when I start getting too big-headed I just remember what Spoonerweb does - both distance and pace. Pat Sweeney and the Romero brothers bring us all back to reality too.

i think i biked to and from school everyday. as it was finals week don't ask me to remember any details. not sure i even took my usual 20min walks.

jen worked out mys iliopsoas and wow. thing was inflamed. she also worked out my diaphragm which i had no idea could spasm. thing is almost like rubber more than muscle. a little more of this and i'll be running again. so far no limp while walking.

Massaging Mike really WAS my workout - like a two hour workout... Oh wait! That was because I was amped up on beer and kept having to stop every 5 minutes and tell dramatic stories!

I think I am now crippled from massaging him. Lol. Really, I think I dislocated my scapula. Thank goodness he worked on my scapula, or it might have relocated to my knee -or something- by now.

Seriously diaphragms and psoas are b(+@#es to work out and take incredible strength and time. But they make an enormous difference when they are where they belong! My other workout was 30 minutes of yoga.

"Natural Flavors" is a chemical cocktail made from natural versus synthetic sources (which means nothing actually) and that chemical cocktail is 80% MSG, or a chemical close enough to it as makes no difference...its a preservative and flavor adder that a shocking amount of organic, supposedly healthy, and many other foods contain.

Heck, its hard to even find organic soy milk without "Natural Flavors".

Besides adding flavor, it increases the shelf life of most foods...

Incidentally it also creates food cravings, increases the chance of cancer, DESTROYS CELL walls effectively turning muscle tissue into jelly, and causes a host of other health problems :-/
