meh, car accident, got my head sorted out

Yeah, I don't want to be in that situation. If I sue for pain and suffering, then I can't be caught running. And if I'm not hurting, I'm not about to sit around like a toad pretending to be, just to milk the system. I've already cleansed the episode out of my own system, and even feel somehow inspired by it :D

Just because you are hurt and can still run, does not mean you are "milking the system".

As a qi gong instructor, I am sure that you are aware that the mind and body are affected by so many variables that it is impossible to draw a direct correlation - car accident = no running.

Outside of an acute injury, I would not pursue "pain and suffering" because that also includes emotional pain and suffering -which can not be eradicated by financial gain. And, since the emotions are tied to the body as well, pursuing financial gain for pain and suffering, will also unnecessarily prolong physical suffering as well.

I am not sure that made any sense.

I am not sure that made any sense.

Made sense to me :)

But what I was referring to is that if I were to claim to be injured and in pain yet continue to run, I could get into legal trouble.

But the moral dilemma is the thing that would do the most harm. And as you say, that harm would manifest itself physically in some way difficult to predict.

I was suggesting you see a doctor, not a lawyer. But if you don't think you need a doctor, then perhaps you don't need one. :nurse:

My mom was rear ended like that at a high rate of speed by a drunk driver. The drunk was slapped on the wrist and let go.
