WEEK 22 BFR (50 mins total) & WEEK 23 goals (75 mins total)

For WEEK 22, I ran 2x last week for 25 mins @ indoor track @ Y. Then got sick so I had to drop the 3rd run. I also took 2 full days off between each run.



Since I got sick WEEK 22, I got a few extra days rest for WEEK 23. I did a 25 min BFR (slow) tonight (Wed), shooting for another on Fri or Sat so 75 mins total may be out of the question as the calendar goes.....but I will keep on trucking.



I am still feeling a bit tentative out there & weak due to fever & stomach virus. But trying to ease back into it.

I had 2 25 min runs indoors this week. trying for a 3rd tomorrow & sticking w/ the slow build.

I will check out your other posts. hope I have the same success as you do! tx for the encouraging words!
