last years time was 6:24 this years 4:20. Very happy with that.
I had one more full year of barefoot running under my belt. The experience of others is a powerful thing. At one point in the marathon there were three barefooters running together with one up ahead. As we passed the 17 k mark I felt great. As we passed the halfway mark I picked up the pace. At the end I felt like I could have keep going.
