Scottish Barefoot Run & Conference 2014

Blog entry posted by Colin McPhail, Mar 31, 2014.
The 2014 barefoot run and conference is on the 6th September and follows the usual format of an informal run around the centre of Edinburgh taking in Holyrood Park to give some of the finest views in Edinburgh. There is a free lunch and refreshments. The event is essentially held to raise as much funds as possible for the British Heart Foundation and has to be an absolute favourite for scenery lovers everywhere. The spectacular backdrops of Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace are only two of the landmarks you will pass during the run.

We are hoping to get our numbers up to a point where we can claim the biggest Natural running gathering in the UK if not Europe.
