Dear BRSmembers,

I don't get serious a lot, but I am serious about this cause. I have recentlysigned up forTeam in Training (TNT)through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society(LLS)in order to support their quest to find a cure for blood cancer. Teamin Training raises moneyby asking for its members to raisemoneybytraining for and competing in enduranceevents throughout the US and the world. Thisyear I will be fundraising for LLSwith a goal of participating in the Honolulu Marathon on December 12, 2010.

This is an organization that Ihave supported for several years, and its mission is very personal for me. In 2004, my wife's closest friend Cassandra was diagnosed with Leukemia. It's a disease that almost took her life. Luckily, through the support ofLLS, shemade a full recovery and has beencancer-free since 2006. Cassandra's family and friends have been heavily active with LLS since them. I hope that by running and fundraising for LLS that others afflicted with blood cancers can also find their way to a cure.

I have set a personal goal to fundraise at least $4,900 by September 30, 2010 for LLS's continued search for a cure. If all of my friends and family give a minimum of $25, I will be able to reach that goal! Iencourage all of you to donate generously to this great cause! Of the money you donate, 76% will go directly to research and patient aid. As your BRS lawyer, Ican also tell you that any money you donate is 100% tax deductible!

Donating is fast and easy. Just visit my donation website at the address listed below. LLS accepts all major forms of payment.
