Running Unleashed

This morning I hit the roads for the first time in 3 weeks. It felt WONDERFUL to be outside again, even with the blustery winds and driving rain, I was happy. I've been resigned to treadmill running for the past 3 weeks while my husband was away so I could keep an eye on our daughter. I didn't mind the treadmill as much as I thought I would. Running barefoot on it allowed me to set some new PB, so it wasn't without its benefits. But to get dressed this morning and throw on my trusty VFFs was pure bliss. Then I ran like heck through the dark streets feeling just plain "unleashed"!
