Dude, I have no doubt I have lost at LEAST 2 lbs. in one "sitting" before. And every runner needs to know, that butt wipes are your friend -and easy to carry!
 
Been there. Done that. Except I had to use my socks; I was a transitioning barefoot runner at the time and still carrying my shoes. Yuck!
 
I forgot to mention I had to cut off into the woods during my half. Oh, and I left the socks behind, of course. Sigh.
 
i don't run until after i poop, at least once.
