My last run in VFF for the season

Hmmm...I guess I'm a voice from the dark side on this - I pull out my Biks when it gets cold and ran in them very happily all last winter. They weren't too good on frozen lumpy snow (nothing is) but I found them fine in the fluffy stuff.

It sounds like you're a fair deal further north than I am here, which is near Philadelphia.

there is no such thing as perfect. if you're running, happy, and injury free then i would call that perfect.
