Last night I completed another barefoot run, I began this run with shoes on however about a mile into my knee and shins were miserable! I lost the shoes and BAM everything was great again and I completed a 4 mile run! Felt good, no blisters or any further aches/pain.
This journey has been a different kind of journey, it's humbling to challenged and forced to take this process in one step at a time. I am enjoying it and can't wait for my first race on the 26th!
