Jumped the Shark: Ankle Injury Healing in Time for IBRD Siesta Key

Have had to cut back most my running due to an ankle injury. The RICE seems to have helped. Did 2K intervals and 3K run today. Anyway looking forward to launching the Siesta Key Barefoot Running celebration of IBRD.
