Met up with local barefooters Gerry and Jim at the excellent Alpharetta Greenway...we did a five miler along the south end of the greenway. I hadn't ran there for 2 or 3 years and had forgotten how nice it is. Afterwards decided to do a long run by myself since it was so nice out plus the easy flat course...ran to the north end and back.
